Miracle dog Hurricane Dorian, Puppy found alive in rubble nearly.

He truly is a “miracle.”

A search and rescue team from Florida located a dog weeks after catastrophic Hurricane Dorian tore through the Bahamas in September as one of the strongest Atlantic storms ever recorded.

Big Dog Ranch Rescue used infrared heat-seeking technology on a drone to locate the dog in Marsh Harbour, a town in Abaco Islands, Bahamas.

WPTV reports the organization was alerted of the situation and had a plane there within an hour.

The dog was stuck under air conditioning equipment when rescuers found him. Another dog was trapped with him but had already died.

Rescuers named him “Miracle” because it’s a miracle he’s still alive and quickly gave him food and water before transporting him back to the United States.

“Hopefully, we can find his owners,” Lauree Simmons, president and founder of Big Dog Ranch Rescue, told WPTV. “If not, we’ll find him a wonderful home.”
