COLUMBUS, Ohio — Authorities say a instructor inspired younger youngsters to combat at a Columbus preschool and posted a video of the brawls on-line.

The Columbus Dispatch reviews 30-year-old Chavay Williams, of Columbus, was charged Wednesday with 21 counts of kid endangering.
